Meals Provided/$ for Meals Needed: A snack will be provided for percussion students. Students should eat a healthy meal before they arrive at the show.

Competition Site: Clovis West High School, 1070 E Teague Ave, Fresno CA 93720
Gates Open: 9:45am
Admission: Only cash or cards will be accepted.
General Admission: $10

Seniors (62+) & Military Discount w/ ID: $8
Child 5 and under: Free
Spectator Parking: Free.
Concessions: Food trucks will be available outside the gym. A small, cash-only, snack shack will be available inside each gym.
Merchandise: Located in the gym, there will be T-Shirts ($20), Sweatshirts ($35), and patches ($10) for sale. Cash or card only.

Performance Times: (Doors are closed during performances. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to ensure that you make it. The performances are in the West Gym, closer to Milbrook Ave.)

No transportation will be provided to and from this event. Please make your own transportation arrangements. We will be meeting at the Buchanan High School Semi Truck.
For the safety of the student performers, flash photography is NOT allowed during performances.

Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during and rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.

No transportation will be provided to and from this event. Meet at the Buchanan Semi Truck, parked on the corner of Teague and Millbrook.
Hair & Makeup need to be done before meeting time. If you need help with these things, arrive early!
Only bring the equipment you need for this show (i.e. weapons do not need flags, flags do not need weapons)
Bring your own water bottle. You may bring a small bag for your belongings if necessary.

2:44pm Organize equipment outside & Recap
2:55pm Head back into gym to watch shows
3:19pm Help Varsity fold the floor & head back to truck
3:30pm Dismissed from Truck
At this time, the event is over for Alta Sierra and we will release guardianship, as the staff needs to go and work with Buchanan HS. Please plan to have a ride by this time. Use the blue Buchanan Semi Truck as a meeting place. You may stay and watch Buchanan’s performance at 4:52pm, but it is optional for this show.

Uniform: Student-provided blank white t-shirts, blue jeans, LONG black socks, and tennis shoes. We will provide the rest of the uniform at the show site.
Friday
At lunch, come to ASI Band Room and get the equipment prepped for the truck-load.
Right after school, stop by the truck outside of BHS Band Room to make sure your equipment got loaded. Plan on staying until 3:30pm, rather than being picked up right at 3:15pm when the bell rings.
Schedule
8am Arrive at Clovis West HS and unload the truck. Set-up for a warmup.
8:30am Begin Warmup/Rehearsal in the parking lot
9:30am Full Ensemble Percussion Rehearsal in the lot
10:30am Final Run Through
10:40am Push over to gym
10:50am At Gym Doors
11:03am ASI Winter Percussion Performs. (Doors will close and are locked during performances. We recommend being 15 minutes early, to ensure you will not be locked out).
11:12am Push everything back to the truck. Load the truck.
11:30am Pass out snack (Provided) after everything is loaded. Debrief and Dismissed from Clovis West High School.
At this time, the event is over for ASI, and we will release guardianship, as the staff needs to go and work with Buchanan HS percussion. Please plan to have a ride by this time. We recommend using the big blue Buchanan High School Semi Truck as a meeting place. Students may stay and watch the rest of the WP shows, but it is optional for this show.

Uniform: We are wearing the full uniform today. Everyone is to wear compression shorts and shirts underneath the uniform, long black socks, and black marching band shoes.
Friday After School
Load everything during lunch, 6th period and after school - be prepared to stay until at least 4:00pm. Everyone helps with the prop load as well as instruments.
Saturday Schedule
8am Arrive at Clovis West, Unload the truck for ASI & help them setup, then set up BHS props and drums for tuning.
8:30am BHS Battery has sectionals. Pit take time off - watch some groups, hang out, change, etc. Everything should be set up by this time.
9:45am Sectionals end, grab a snack and use the restroom, and change if not already in uniform
10am Meet @ ASI Ensemble to go over the ASI Prop Setup - Be in Full Uniform by this time.
10:40am Help Alta push over to the gym
10:50am At Doors w/Alta
11:03am ASI Winter Percussion Performs
11:12pm Help Alta push back/set up for the warmup
11:25am Warmup Begins
11:55am Percussion Ensemble
12:35pm Final Run, then push over to the gym (Pit crew meets at this time)
12:45pm Push to Gym
12:55pm At Gate

1:18pm Fold Floor/Take equipment back to truck/Load Trucks/Change.
