Trip Payments

PayPal invoices are sent to everyone, regardless of whether you choose credit/debit, check, or cash on the trip form, or if you have made a payment already.

Credit/Debit Card Trip Payments:  

  • You will be invoiced directly through PayPal after the trip form due date has passed.

  • The invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided.

  • You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.

To Make Trip Payments By Check or Cash

  1. Make checks payable to “Buchanan Foundation”.

  2. Put the student’s name/trip name on the check memo line.

  3. Please include a copy of the PayPal Invoice or write the PayPal invoice on the envelope.

  4. Put the check or cash in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name and what the check is for.

  5. Change is not given for overpayment and will be considered a donation to the program.

  6. Submit the payment to the red Bandroom mailbox by the due date.

  7. Checks may be held until just after the trip fee due date so they can be returned if the trip is canceled due to insufficient funding.

  8. Cash & Check payments will be recorded on the emailed PayPal invoice once they have been received and processed.
