General Trip Details
Emergency Contacts: Tommy Fredrickson or call Buchanan High School (559-327-3000).
Student Transportation: School bus from BHS. All three bands are traveling separately.
Performer Attire
Buchanan Jazz Bands: dress shoes (black socks only), slacks/dress pants/skirts (length must be past the knee), long-sleeve button-up dress shirts/blouses, or nice dresses (length must be past the knee). Coats/ties are optional. Leggings, jeggings, or yoga pants are not acceptable for concert attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Alta Sierra Jazz Band: ASI Instrumental Music polo shirt, black dress-style shoes, black dress-style slacks with belt, and black socks (no white socks, please). All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.

Students bring:
Instruments, instrument cables, mutes, cymbals, sticks/mallets, auxiliary percussion. Remember, the Alta Sierra band room will not be open in the morning.

BHS Jazz B
6:30am - Meet at BHS Band Room in performance attire with instruments.
6:45am - Load Bus.
7:00am - Depart for Fresno State.
7:15am - Arrive at Fresno State.
7:30am - Warm-up (M206).
8:00am - Performance (Concert Hall).
8:30am - Clinic (M127) Leave instruments in designated area.
9:00am - Watch Pittman High School Perform (Concert Hall).
9:30am - Load Bus and depart for BHS.
9:45am - Arrive at BHS and return to 1st period.
BHS Jazz A
12:15pm - Students dismissed from 3rd period. Eat lunch and dress in concert attire.
12:45pm - Load bus.
1:00pm - Depart for Fresno State
1:15pm - Arrive at Fresno State. Store instruments in designated area
1:30pm - Watch Clovis West,
2:30pm - Warm-up (M206)
3:00pm - Performance (Concert Hall)
3:30pm - Clinic (M127)
4:00pm - Store instruments in designated area and watch Clovis High Jazz A’s performance (Concert Hall)
4:30pm - Retrieve instruments and wait for bus
4:45pm - Load bus and depart for BHS
5:00pm - Arrive at BHS.

ASI Jazz
6:30am - Meet at BHS Band Room in performance attire with instruments. The ASI Band room will not be open in the morning! You must take all instruments, accessories, sticks, mallets home on Thursday!
6:45am - Load Bus
7:00am - Depart for Fresno State
7:15am - Arrive at Fresno State
8:30am - Warm-up (M206)
9:00am - Performance (Concert Hall)
9:30am - Clinic (M127) Leave instruments in designated area.
10:00am - Watch Clark Intermediate Perform (Concert Hall).
10:30am - Retrieve instruments and wait for bus.
10:45am - Load bus and depart for BHS.
11:00am - Arrive at BHS, store instruments and head to 3rd period.
