General Trip Details
Student Transportation: No transportation provided. Carpooling highly recommended!!
Performance Spot: Centennial Plaza Intersection (Streets close at 4pm) House of JuJu/Blast & Brew.
Parking: In the lot BEHIND Centennial Plaza (Sandy’s Country Junction/Kuppa Joy area) — other nearby street parking will fill up fast.

Individuals Bring: Your instruments and nice looking attire, festive ok (nothing too crazy please) — it’ll also be cold!
Call Time: 4:30pm if not helping with set-up
Admission: Free
Performance Breakdown: 5-8pm, with a dinner break.
Important Reminders
Attire is nice clothing that is either Festive (red/green) or black/white — It’ll probably be cold! hats/scarves/band jacket is a good idea, Santa Hats are ok if you wish!
Give yourselves plenty of time to get to Old Town and navigate the traffic, and find parking surrounding that area. Various parts of surrounding streets may be closed off or detoured for the event. There will be lots of people moving in/out, and we need help setting up, so the earlier you’re there the better!
We aim to end around 8pm as per OTC’s request, but the band is expected to help tear down and take gear back to Buchanan.
This is a seasonal kickoff event for our community, it is quite popular and a great vibe, so feel free to tell friends and family to come hang! We’re in a very visible spot in the middle of Old Town, so let’s ensure our community is happy, spirited, and impressed!

Itinerary
3:15pm After School, pull equipment out of P2/451 in preparation to load vehicles
3:30pm: Parents with cars, please pull into Molly Lane/Spirit lane area between Buchanan and Alta Sierra, can pull up to portable onto campus if closer to 3:30— we will load your vehicles for delivery to Centennial Plaza!
4:20pm: At the latest. Gear finishes arriving in Old Town, unload and Mr. Fredrickson will start designating areas for setup.
4:30pm: Mr. Fredrickson would love help finishing set-up and this is also your call time.
5:00pm-8:00pm: Performance (with a break for dinner).
8:45pm: If we hustle, in theory we should be able to have all vehicles with gear back to Buchanan P2 with things thrown in the room at or around this time.
