8:00AM - Drop off luggage before school in room 451 for bag checks. Remember, any medication (prescription and over-the-counter medications like Tums, advil, etc.) requires prior completion of the proper form. See here for details.
Saturday • May 10, 2025
6:00AM – Call time at BHS.
6:30AM – Load vans.
7:00AM – Depart for Westlake High School (100 N Lakeview Canyon Rd.Westlake Village, CA 91362).
9:30AM – Bathroom break at Laval Rd. West. Lebec, CA.
Noon – Arrive at Westlake High School, attend festival events. Lunch items available for purchase at festival.
1:15PM - The Herbie Hancock Institute (UCLA) performance (Theater). Seating is limited.
4:30PM - Watch West Ranch HS Studio Jazz A Band.
5:00PM - Dinner (Provided).
5:30PM - Warm up (Orchestra Room 21K).
6:00PM - Performance (Theater). Seating is limited.
7:15PM - USC Thornton Jazz Orchestra Performance (Theater). Seating is limited.
8:00PM - Awards (Theater). Seating is limited.
9:00PM – Depart Westlake HS for Hampton Inn & Suites (510 N Ventu Park Road Thousand Oaks, CA 91320).
9:30PM – Check in to hotel.
10:30PM – Room Checks.
11:00PM – Lights Out.

7:00AM – Wake Up.
7:30AM – Breakfast at hotel (provided).
8:30AM – Room Checks.
9:00AM – Load vans and depart for Buchanan High School (1560 N Minnewawa Ave, Clovis, CA 93619).
11:00AM – Lunch break at Laval Rd. West. Lebec, CA.
2:30PM – Arrive at Buchanan High School.
