Buchanan High School Outdoor Theater

Call time for all performers is 6:15pm.
The concert will start at 6:30pm: Alta Sierra will perform first, then Buchanan Jazz B, then Buchanan Jazz A. All performers are required to watch the other ensembles. The concert should conclude by 8:00pm.

Buchanan Jazz Bands: dress shoes (black socks only), slacks/dress pants/skirts (length must be past the knee), long-sleeve button-up dress shirts/blouses, or nice dresses (length must be past the knee). Coats/ties are optional. Leggings, jeggings, or yoga pants are not acceptable for concert attire. All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.
Alta Sierra Jazz Band: ASI Instrumental Music polo shirt, black dress-style shoes, black dress-style slacks with belt, and black socks (no white socks, please). All students must be in CUSD Dress Code.

We will be rehearsing in the venue during the school day, so equipment can be stored in the theater. Ultimately, you are responsible for making sure that all equipment that you will need is where you need it, when you need it. Communicate with the other musicians to coordinate shared equipment.

Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators and to protect the rights of the original composers and copyright owners who license their music to the Buchanan Instrumental Music Program and organizations that host events we participate in, the use of audio and video recording technology - including mobile devices and live streaming applications - during and rehearsal or performance setting is strictly prohibited.
