There is no transportation provided to and from this event - be sure to arrange your own transportation.

Students are required to stay for the entire concert.

Instrument, Music, Mutes, sticks, etc.
Concert Attire:
Alta Sierra: Red Instrumental Music Polos w/black pants, black, socks, black shoes
Buchanan Symphonic Band: All black concert attire
Buchanan Wind Symphony: Tuxedos & Dresses
Percussion: Stop by the band room after school and pick up your assigned instrument. Make sure to bring it back to class on Tuesday!
Concert Itinerary
6:00pm Report Time for all groups
ALL Percussion Instruments:
Set up and stored in the SOUTH carpeted hallway when not in use. (Set up on stage when you arrive)
ASI Concert/Intermediate Band:
Store cases in SOUTH carpeted hallway. Report to Stage.
ASI Symphonic Band:
Store cases in NORTH carpeted hallway. Sit in rows A & B with instruments and music.
BHS Symphonic Band:
Store cases in BACK cement hallway. Sit in rows C & D with instruments and music.
BHS Wind Symphony:
Store cases in BACK cement hallway. Sit in rows E & F in with instruments and music.
6:30pm Concert Begins
~6:30pm ASI Concert/Intermediate Band. Sit in rows A & B after your performance.
~6:50pm ASI Symphonic Band. Sit in rows C & D after your performance.
~7:15pm BHS Symphonic Band. Sit in rows E & F after your performance.
~7:45pm BHS Wind Symphony
8:30pm Concert Ends (Approximately). Dismissed!
Parents: Please wait for your student in the lobby. It can get very congested backstage.
