Student Transportation: No transportation provided.
Students Report: 6:00pm
Doors Open: 6:00pm
Concert Starts: 6:30pm

Important Reminders
We remind everyone (students & parents) to have outstanding audience etiquette at all performances: Absolutely no talking, do not video record, do not enter/exit during the performance, phones should be turned off/silenced and put away, and please take noisy children to the lobby. We want our student performers to have the best possible performance and to allow the audience to enjoy the music free of any interruptions.
Students need to transport their own/school instruments to and from the concert. If you need assistance transporting your instrument, let us know.
String Basses: We will bring 3 basses. You may not be using the bass you usually use in class.
Please invite your family and friends!
Students are required to stay for the entire concert.

Instrument, Music, Mutes, Rock Stops, Stools, etc.
Concert Attire:
Alta Sierra: Red Instrumental Music Polos w/black pants, black socks, and black shoes.
Buchanan String Orchestra: All-black concert attire
Buchanan Chamber Orchestra: Tuxedos & Dresses

6:00pm Report Time for all groups. Please store your instruments in the assigned area. Look for signs.
ASI Concert & Intermediate Orchestras: South Carpeted Hallway
ASI Advanced Orchestra: North Carpeted Hallway
Buchanan Orchestras: Back Hallway (Normal location)
6:30pm Concert Begins. Concert Order and approximate performance time:
~ 6:30pm ASI Intermediate Orchestra
~ 6:50pm ASI Concert Orchestra
~ 7:10pm ASI Advanced Orchestra
~ 7:35pm BHS String Orchestra
~ 8:00pm BHS Chamber Orchestra
8:30pm Concert Ends (Approximately). Dismissed!
