Spectator Parking: Spectators may park along the street on Alvarado-Niles Road or any street that does not require a permit. Spectators may also park in the New Haven Unified School District Parking Lot. Please note that some areas are parking by permit only.
Packing List
BHS Only - Everything you need to perform (uniform, equipment, makeup, hair supplies). Jazz pants, Nikes, and SOMETHING for walking around show site.
Comfy clothes for the bus ride. Blankets & pillows are okay!
ASI Only - Casual clothes for walking around the show site. Must be in dress code & no pajamas!

7:15am Load Bus
7:30am Depart Buchanan
9:00am Restroom Stop @ Gonzaga Rd Los Banos (Petro Travel Center)
9:15am Depart for James Logan High School
10:50am Arrive at James Logan High School. Unload and head into campus as a group.
11:31am Watch Carson HS
11:38am Watch Mission San Jose HS
11:45am Watch Edmonton Sabers Winter Guard
11:52pm Head Back to Bus
12:00pm Lunch
12:45pm Change & Get Ready for Show
1:25pm Pre-Warm Up
1:55pm Walk to Indoor Warm Up
1:59pm Warm Up in Area A
2:15pm Transit
2:19pm Ready at Gate
2:27pm Buchanan Preliminary Performance

The rest of the schedule will depend on placements from Prelims and whether or not we make finals. We will stay through Scholastic A Finals regardless of making finals or not.
6:46pm Scholastic A Finals Begin
7:50pm Scholastic A Finals End. Use the restroom & Head to Bus
8:10pm Load bus & depart for Clovis.
9:45pm Restroom Stop @ Gonzaga Rd Los Banos (Petro Travel Center)
10:00pm Continue to Clovis
11:30pm Arrive at Buchanan HS/Dismissed once everything is unloaded.
