Student Transportation (Symphonic Band): Provided to and from the event via School Bus.
Student Transportation (Wind Symphony): Provide to the event only.
Meals Provided/$ for Meals Needed: Wind Symphony - please pack sack lunch to eat before we depart. Symphonic Band: We will be back in time for lunch, but lunch will already be started so you may want to pack a lunch.

Festival Site: Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall, 2770 E. International Ave, Fresno, CA, 93730
Festival Session 1: 9:30am to 12:15pm
Festival Session 2: 1:00pm to 4:30pm

Spectator Parking: Free in the lot south of the concert hall.
Concessions: None
Important Reminders
Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators as well as copyright laws, please do not video record Buchanan/Alta Sierra Instrumental Music Performances. Thank you for your cooperation.
Students will be excused from all missed classes and should speak with their teachers about missed assignments.
Please remember to pack a sack lunch to eat before/after the festival.
Wind Symphony members who drive can drive themselves to the festival (leave WITH the bus, not before.)
